If any conditions of sale were to be applied to this, or any other, sales receipt, you could enter those conditions in these ten (10) Sales Receipt Terms lines, and they would become your "standard terms" data. Whenever you create a sales receipt in PRS, you can specify that these ten lines be inserted as the "standard receipt terms", and they will print automatically on the sales receipt document. You can change any of these lines at any time, by selecting the R menu option in the Setup Menu, and then input new line data for the line(s) you wish to modify. If you just want ten blank lines to appear, then you can select the "blank lines" option at sales receipt printing time.
